knowing 01 is a Biotech SaaS company with the mission to enable in silico first R&D in drug discovery for our partners. Based in Munich, Germany, we offer MultiomicsAI platform solutions to de-risk decision-making around assets and programs.

For our next phase, we are looking for a Multiomics Platform Engineer (m/f/d) .

The primary activities

• Focus: Co-design and implement Multiomics ML/AI analytics features in our platform on and around drug target identification and validation on a R&D grant.
• Build and Explore: Design and conduct applied ML/AI research, then transform algorithms and methods into tested, scalable Spark pipelines.
• Collaborate: Work daily with engineers, product, and founders to plan, ship, and refine high-value platform features.

What you bring to the table

• Track record: AI/Bioinformatics/ML algorithm development with molecular data.
• Background: Scientific method development for Omics data.
• Scientific Expertise: Experience with graph mining, knowledge graphs, and statistics.
• IT: Embrace our tech stack: Python, .NET, Spark, NoSQL/SQL, CI/CD, and git.
• Language: Professional communication in English.
• Degree: Higher education degree in bioinformatics, computer science or related fields.
