The Opportunity: Own the South German Market

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional to act as our National Expansion Manager for the South Germany region. This is not just a sales role; it is an opportunity to act as the face of Kassoe Housing in a high-growth territory. You will have the autonomy to identify opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive our expansion from the ground up.

Whether you are based in Munich, Stuttgart, or anywhere in the region, you will enjoy a hybrid setup with the freedom to manage your own time, site visits, and property onboarding.

Your Mission

As National Expansion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by expanding our network of properties and corporate clients.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities within the South German market.
  • Building and maintaining high-level relationships with property owners, developers, agents, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Utilizing your local real estate network to identify and onboard premium rental properties.
  • Leading complex negotiations to match corporate housing needs with tailored, scalable solutions.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven sales experience within housing, real estate, hospitality, or B2B property services. You know the German property market inside and out.
  • A strong network of property owners and developers in South Germany.
  • A proactive "hunter" mindset—you don’t wait for leads; you create them.
  • Native-level fluency in German and strong professional English skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and inspect sites.
