Netsuite Financial Systems Manager

An established international company is looking for an ERP Manager with good Netsuite experience to join their team and focus on improving the ERP and Financial Systems solution.

You will be involved in implementing and improving the solution and will take ownership of the system long-term to identify and deliver enhancements for Netsuite long-term.

As the interface between Business and IT, you will gather key finance and business process requirements and will translate to Netsuite design and configuration in order to embed and build out the solution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support and improvement of the Netsuite ERP solution and Financial systems landscape
• Business process analysis and requirements gathering; translate business and finance requirements into Netsuite system design and configuration
• Implement new modules and functionality, and drive improvements for the ERP solution and related processes
• Support end-users and deliver training on the system

Your profile:

• Finance Systems Manager, ERP lead or Netsuite Functional Consultant with good Business process understanding
• Experience with key modules and processes, e.g. Financials (GL, AP, AR), Reporting (R2R), P2P, O2C, Projects
• Good hands‑on skills with Netsuite e.g. system configuration, workflows, saved searches, reporting etc.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
