Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Administrator to manage and support complex network infrastructure and IT administration environments. The role involves project execution, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high service quality across network operations.

Job Duties

• Operate and maintain complex network infrastructure and management systems
• Plan and execute commissioning and operational IT projects
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in complex system environments
• Develop technical concepts, documentation, and decision-making materials
• Design and implement tools, workflows, and automation processes
• Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction through monitoring and improvements
• Manage resources, suppliers, and project deliverables
• Support portfolio development and organizational strategy initiatives
• Maintain system documentation and technical records
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience , including 5+ years in IT administration
• Strong experience with Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus switches
• ITIL Expert certification or equivalent knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management and stakeholder coordination experience
• Fluent German and English communication skills
• Strong documentation, presentation, and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and network administration tools
