Your Job:

Voice Engineer/ Architect will play a key role in implementing and configuring Microsoft Teams Voice and related UC components. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about telephony, compliance, and cutting‑edge collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Microsoft Teams Voice and UC components
• Perform SIP and SBC configurations, troubleshoot call flows
• Ensure compliance and security in telephony integrations

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Operator Connect
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice and Telephony
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (SBCs, SIP, QoS, NAT, firewalls)
• Security and compliance in voice communications (encryption, identity management)
• Experience integrating Operator Connect with third-party telephony systems and legacy PBXs
• ITIL Certification
• Knowledge of additional UC platforms (Zoom, Cisco Webex)
• Advanced reporting and analytics skills
