Pay & Benefits

Pay range is not disclosed but is based on skills and experience.

Base pay is based on the DEHOGA rate. Additional allowances are based on qualification and experience. The employment relationship is permanent. You will receive supra‑tariff holiday and an extra day off on your birthday. Responsibilities

Hold overview – as Night Audit Supervisor you ensure smooth workflow, set priorities, and keep the night team aligned.
Check‑in & check‑out – be the first and last Moxy‑vibe station for guests.
Go‑to person for tips, help and late‑night snack hints.
Conduct a nightly hotel walk‑through to keep everything in control.
Maintain Marriott & Borealis standards without stopping the party.
Ensure no guest is unheard and every smile is given.
Close the cash‑system at the end of the day.
Bring fresh ideas to improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Hotel professional experience – ideally with night‑shift experience.
Fluent German and English; can switch between small talk and deep 3 a.m. conversations.
Opera system knowledge is nice to have – we can also train you.
Friendly, responsible, and calm‑headed personality.
Flexible, proactive, team‑player, and capable of solo work.
Guest‑first attitude – make every night a great experience.
