What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and operate plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

• Perform basic maintenance, inspections, and housekeeping to support plant reliability.

• Adjust plant settings and material flow to maintain product quality.

• Identify and communicate equipment or process issues promptly.

• Follow all safety procedures and support a strong safety-first culture.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach, bend, and lift materials or equipment as needed to perform job duties.

• Capability to work in physically demanding conditions, including extended periods of equipment operation and movement across uneven terrain.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
