Job Description: Registered Nurse for Germany

Position Overview:

We are seeking qualified and dedicated nurses GNM/B.Sc-Nursing to join healthcare institutions in Germany, including hospitals, clinics, and elderly care homes. The role involves providing high-quality care, communicating effectively with patients in German, and working within a multidisciplinary team. Nurses will undergo German language training (A1 to B2) and receive full support for their transition to Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate care to patients in hospitals, clinics, and elderly homes.
• Assist with medical procedures, medication administration, and daily patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress.

Language and Cultural Integration:

• Participate in AI-powered language training programs to achieve B1/B2 German proficiency.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues in German.

Qualification Recognition Process:

• Complete partial recognition of nursing qualifications in Germany.

• Attend B2 refresher programs and prepare for TELC Deutsch B1/B2 or Goethe B1/B2 exams.

• Submit required documents for visa application and residency.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in nursing (preferred).
