We're looking for a part-time Office Manager (w/m/d) to join our team in Berlin. You’ll work closely with our full-time Office Manager to create a workplace where things simply work. This is about great teamwork and shared responsibility for the overall workplace experience. This is an on‑site position.

Your mission:

Our Berlin office is growing and we now operate two floors in the same building. To keep the workplace welcoming, functional and clean even when things get busy, we are looking for a part‑time Office Manager to help shape the next chapter of our office.

This role is about commitment and team work: someone who brings structure, keeps an overview and works closely with a second Office Manager to create a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Some days are calm and operational, others involve solving the unexpected. Either way, you are the kind of person who quietly makes things work.

What you should bring to the table:

  • Like helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Are organised and reliable without being overly rigid
  • Communicate openly and collaborate well with others, in German and English
  • Stay calm and practical when things get busy
  • Enjoy working closely with a teammate rather than running things alone
  • Experience in office management, hospitality, events or operations is helpful, but personality and mindset matter just as much.

Your team

You’ll work closely with our full-time Office Manager and the People Team. The goal is simple: a workplace where everything runs smoothly and people enjoy being together.

Interview process

  • First interview with a Senior TA Partner
  • Second interview with our Head of People & a member of the People team
  • Third onsite interview to meet the other members of the People Team

How you will spend your time:

  • Support daily office operations and keep shared spaces welcoming, clean and functional
  • Handle mail and packages
  • Coordinate with vendors and facility partners
  • Support internal events (leadership meetings, company parties)
  • Manage office supplies, snacks and drinks
  • Prepare onboarding logistics such as access cards and welcome touches
  • Support travel coordination when needed
  • Help handle everyday office challenges and the occasional unexpected issue
  • Support work safety measures and workplace projects such as office improvements
