Office Manager (w/m/d) - with fluent English + German

Join our Stuttgart team as an Office Manager, where you will enhance the office experience and deliver exceptional service!

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office administration and overall office management
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve office procedures
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and service delivery
• Ensure office cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and Health & Safety compliance
• Coordinate incoming mail, shipments, and meeting room reservations
• Support visitors and colleagues with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Generate and analyze reports related to office space and equipment utilization
• Manage purchase orders and oversee internal procurement workflows
• Monitor, optimize, and plan office space utilization and workplace arrangements
• Coordinate office moves, space reconfigurations, and reorganizations with management
• Conduct regular office inventory checks and resolve discrepancies
• Provide remote support and training to the Real Estate & Facilities team as needed
• Travel to our Boeblingen office on demand
