For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as Manager Omnichannel (f/m/x)

TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey by supporting improvements across all touchpoints to ensure a consistent and seamless experience.
  • Promote an omnichannel mindset by working closely with internal teams, sharing best practices, and supporting change and adoption activities.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions by preparing insights and inputs for management and assisting in the development of business cases and roadmap proposals.
  • Analyze and improve cross-channel services by identifying optimization opportunities in operational processes and user experiences for customers and employees.
  • Support the initiation and coordination of projects to introduce and expand omnichannel services within agile frameworks.
  • Monitor service-related KPIs, identify root causes of deviations, and assist in defining actions to help reach targets.
  • Conduct market, benchmark, and trend research and support the evaluation of use cases through cost-benefit considerations.
  • Facilitate international collaboration by coordinating with stakeholders, aligning expectations, and helping to resolve operational issues.

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the retail sector
  • Understanding of the interaction between brick-and-mortar and digital channels
  • Very good communication and facilitation skills, ideally with background in Change Management or PMO
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Confident in managing complexity and driving change independently
