As Head of Marketing for Central Europe (DE, CH, AT), you’ll lead a diverse, multi-discipline marketing organisation - shaping the regional vision and uniting Brand Marketing, Brand Activation, Community, and B2B Partner Marketing into one connected, high-performing team. You will set the strategic direction and bring our brand to life across markets, cultures, and channels - driving brand awareness and heat. Your Mission
Define and lead the Central Europe marketing strategy, partnering closely with the Head of Sales to deliver regional brand and business growth.
Lead the full Sub-Regional Marketing team - Brand Comms, Brand Activation, and Trade Marketing - creating clarity, cohesion, and a shared sense of purpose across markets.
Shape the sub-regional narrative together with your Brand Comms team, ensuring our stories land with cultural resonance and local relevance across campaigns, channels, communities, and partners.
Champion executional excellence, translating global and regional direction into premium, impactful work at every touchpoint.
Drive an integrated operating model, enabling cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Regional Brand Studio and Experience, Strategic Partners, Ecommerce and Retail/DTCR.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and community networks - partnering closely with your Trade Marketing and Brand Activation teams to ensure our brand shows up with intention and influence across Central Europe.
Steward the regional marketing budget, ensuring disciplined planning, smart investment, and clear measurement of brand and commercial impact.
Inspire, develop, and empower leaders, fostering an inclusive, creative, high-performance culture across all marketing functions and markets.
Your Story
Typically 10+ years’ experience across multiple marketing disciplines, ideally within sportswear, consumer, or lifestyle brands.
Proven success leading diverse and creative teams - across functions, markets, and levels.
A strategic thinker with strong brand intuition, cultural awareness, and an ability to translate vision into action.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity - able to read between the lines, simplify complexity, and turn uncertainty into clear direction for your team.
Strong analytical competence, with the ability to make grounded decisions at pace.
A natural collaborator - energised by cross-functional work and driving alignment across teams.
Based in or within proximity to Zurich or Berlin (2-3 days per week in office) with willingness to travel across the region.
