Role Description

This is a flexible full/part-time role for an Online Marketing Manager (Lead Generation), based in Hamburg or remote. You will own our performance marketing and demand generation engine to drive qualified leads and trial sign-ups for our first real estate SaaS product.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a lead-generation strategy across paid social, search, display, and email
  • Build and optimize high-converting funnels, from ad to landing pages, onboarding flows, and email nurture sequences.
  • Set up and maintain tracking (pixels, events, UTMs), define KPIs, and build dashboards to monitor and improve campaign performance.
  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages to continuously increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with founders and product on positioning, messaging, and new lead magnets or offers

Qualifications

  • Experience in online marketing, especially in performance marketing / lead generation for B2B SaaS or subscription products
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data, tracking setups, and marketing tools
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, and marketing automation tools
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, early-stage environment, with high ownership and autonomy
  • Prior experience in a similar role at a SaaS or real estate/proptech company is a plus
  • Fluency in English required; other European languages are a plus
  • Be part of the early Closers AI team, working directly with the founders
  • Real equity participation and upside in capital distributions once compensation is introduced
  • Long-term commission/bonus structure tied to marketing-sourced revenue as the company scales (forever)
  • Fully remote setup (founding team currently in Germany, France, Norway)
  • Full ownership of your schedule, with focus on outcomes and impact

Note: Currently the company is bootstrapped. and this is an early-stage role with upside in equity, revenue participation, and future compensation as the company scales.
