Your Role

As an Online Order Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely delivery of online orders and maintaining high service standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of online orders
• Coordinate delivery and return processes
• Communicate with the call center, international offices, and internal teams
• Process customer returns
• Participate in projects aimed at improving logistics processes
• Prepare delivery‑related analytical reports

• Ability to work confidently with computers
• German and Russian language skills
