Onshore Installation Site Manager (Enercon, Onshore)

We’re looking for experienced Onshore Installation Site Managers with a proven background in the wind industry to join our team and support upcoming onshore projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day site operations during onshore wind installation activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain efficient progress and clear communication across the project.
• Monitor programme schedules, resources, and site performance to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements, and industry standards while driving a strong culture of safety and accountability on site.

REQUIRED SKILLS & CERTIFICATION

• Manager/Supervisor experience is a must
• Enercon experience is preferred
• Full GWOs and Medical
• Full right to work in the EU.
