May Ventures is an early‑stage VC for founders navigating the greatest technological shift in human history. We look for companies driving this transformation with AI, focusing on pre‑seed and seed‑stage ventures in B2B software and industrial innovation, primarily in Germany and its European neighbours, with a particular interest in our home region.

Requirements

Regardless of experience level, the following qualities are generally a plus:

• Professional experience in venture capital, a tech‑driven startup or founder role, or in top‑tier management consulting or investment banking (PE, M&A, etc.) with first exposure to VC.
• Strong academic background: a university degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Data Science.
• Hands‑on experience with AI and building agentic workflows is a strong plus.
• An international and multicultural mindset, combined with strong command of both English and German.
