Operating Co-founder – No Salary - E-commerce Fulfilment

We are looking for an entrepreneurial operating partner in Germany to build and run a specialised e-commerce fulfilment operation.

This is not a traditional job. It is a partnership opportunity for someone who wants to build and operate a logistics business together with an international sales partner bringing clients.

The goal is to create a focused 3PL (third‑party logistics) service for a specific and growing niche: lightweight direct‑to‑consumer brands selling across Europe.

Thousands of emerging European e-commerce brands sell through platforms like Shopify and ship small parcels to customers across the EU. Most of them have:

These companies often struggle to work with large fulfilment providers because their volumes are considered too small. Our strategy is to build a specialised fulfilment operation designed specifically for these brands.

Your Role (Operating Partner – Poland)

You will lead the operational side of the business and build the fulfilment infrastructure locally.

Responsibilities

• Finding and securing an initial warehouse space (approximately 1000 m²)
• Setting up the fulfilment layout and operational processes
• Managing receiving, storage, picking, packing and returns
• Hiring and managing warehouse staff as order volumes grow
• Implementing warehouse management systems and workflows
• Ensuring efficient daily order fulfilment operations
• Scaling warehouse capacity as the client base grows

You will act as the local operator responsible for building and running the fulfilment facility.

Initial Warehouse Concept

The operation will start as a focused, scalable fulfilment hub designed for lightweight e-commerce products. Suggested layout:

• pallet receiving area
• inventory processing area

The initial warehouse should support approximately 4,000–10,000 orders per month with a team of 2–3 staff, with room to scale as client demand increases.

Central Team Role

We bring the commercial side of the business, including:

• partnerships with Shopify brands expanding into the EU
• operational tooling and system support
• strategic development of the fulfilment network

Together we build and scale the fulfilment operation.

Who This Is For
