Operation Supervisor（DE&EN&ZH）

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the company's internal operating system, understand its operational logic, formulate ERP business planning solutions, and promote project implementation.
• Be responsible for managing and coordinating ERP projects, controlling project costs and risks, and managing project progress (such as requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, and launch).
• Promote and coordinate the implementation of daily operational maintenance during system operation.
• Maintain close communication with China headquarters to continuously optimize the operating system of the Chinese and German companies and improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between the Chinese and German operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or a related field; study experience in Germany is preferred.
• Over two years of experience in ERP project implementation from scratch is preferred.
• Proficient in using German, English, and Chinese as working languages, enabling smooth communication with international colleagues.
• Clear logical thinking, meticulous work attitude, and strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
• This position requires working in Germany and being open to business trips to China.
