always available, safe and of top quality for our customers.

About CBOX CBOX Containers is an international container platform specialised in

container rental, leasing and sales. With offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Hong Kong, Sydney and Dubai we serve customers worldwide in sectors such as

logistics, construction, offshore and industry. Within our depots containers are

stored, inspected, maintained and prepared for rental or sale.

About the role As

Operational Depot Manager

you are responsible for the daily operations of the depot and lead the depot team. You ensure containers are processed efficiently, handled safely and always available for customers. Together with your team you are responsible for an efficient and safe operation with satisfied customers. NLVACA~3

Your main responsibilities Managing depot employees and external depot partners Organising container inspections and maintenance Monitoring container quality and availability Planning container transport and logistics movements Managing depot inventory and equipment Ensuring safety and depot procedures Maintaining contact with logistics partners Identifying and improving depot processes

Who are you? You are a decisive and structured depot professional who maintains overview in a dynamic environment. You are service-oriented, able to motivate people, easily switch between strategy and operations and take ownership of results. Bachelor level thinking and working ability, preferably Logistics or Supply Chain Minimum 4–6 years experience in container logistics or technical environments Experience with ERP or WMS systems Strong leadership and communication skills Operationally organised: analytical, result-oriented and cost-conscious Service and customer-oriented Good command of German and basic English Preferred Forklift / reachstacker certificate Relevant certificates such as VCA, MAG/MIG or IICL/CEDEX
