Location: Hamburg (or willing to relocate) with extensive travel. Fluent in English and German. French is a bonus.

We are now looking for an exceptional person to help us secure our next major sponsorship partner and help guide the team into its next phase of growth.

The Role

This is a senior leadership role with strategic oversight, and external representation, combining commercial growth with organisational leadership and long-term impact. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping Team Malizia’s future. There is a real opportunity to mold and shape the role over time, based on strengths, ideas, and the evolving needs of the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Strategy and Revenue Growth

• Define and execute the overall commercial strategy to secure long-term financial sustainability, including the acquisition of a next major corporate partner.
• Drive high-level discussions with CEO-level decision-makers to deliver on partnership and win new ones.
• Work closely with the Team Director to align commercial strategy with operational, and long-term team objectives.
• Streamline our creative and vibrant team.
• Unlock and coordinate the full potential of existing commercial team members.
• Clarify priorities and enable the team to focus on what matters most.
• Foster a culture of focused, empathic, and human collaboration internally and with partners.
• Work closely with the Founder and Team to clarify roles, decision‑making structures, and long‑term organisational governance.

3. Long Term Impact & Growth

• Continuously support high performance across the team and individuals.
• Elevate Team Malizia to the next level in: environmental and political impact, organisational stability and smooth, simple operations
• Create and protect a fun, positive, and high‑energy working atmosphere.

Experience

Several years in business development, sponsorship, or strategic partnerships, with a proven ability to secure high-value, multi-year partnerships involving senior decision-makers.

Experience leading or coordinating teams, setting priorities, and guiding diverse talent in fast-paced or creative environments.
