Operations Analyst – Pricing & Efficiency

We are looking for an Operations Analyst – Pricing & Efficiency to join our Germany Operations team. In this role, you will support the execution of pricing and efficiency initiatives that improve the effectiveness of our delivery operations.

This is a full‑time position , reporting directly to the Pricing & Efficiency Manager within Germany Operations. You will work closely with senior team members who will set direction and priorities, while you focus on hands‑on analysis, execution, and operational follow‑through .

Your work will contribute to city‑level pricing updates, operational efficiency improvements, and courier supply‑demand balance in the German market. The role sits at the intersection of data analysis and business execution , offering strong exposure to how operational decisions are made in a high‑growth marketplace.

Role background

We launched our service in Germany in August 2020 and have, for the past years, seen rapid development in the market. We are now working with several thousand partners across all Germany and expanding further into new cities, regions, and business verticals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the implementation of city‑level courier pricing changes under the German operations model.
• Producing analyses and insights to support pricing and efficiency initiatives led by senior team members.
• Executing recurring and ad hoc analyses to monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and track impact.
• Supporting operational experiments (e.g. pricing or efficiency tests), including data preparation, analysis, and documentation of results.
• Helping adapt and roll out global pricing and efficiency initiatives in the German market.
• Collaborating closely with local Operations teams, Finance, Product, and Global Pricing & Efficiency stakeholders.
• Maintains a strong interest in and comprehensive knowledge of all market dynamics, ensuring that responsibilities align with and adapt to business changes.

Our humble expectations

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (operations, analytics, consulting, strategy, or similar).
• Strong spreadsheet and SQL skills, with experience working on large datasets.
• Nice to have: Experience with Looker or similar BI tools. Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights that support business decisions.
• Hands‑on mindset with interest in operational execution and continuous improvement.
• Passion for efficiency and process optimization - you thrive on making things work better, faster, and more effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
