Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) - Dry Bulk

COSCO SHIPPING Bulk (Europe) GmbH is seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the daily management of its global dry bulk vessel operations, covering Handysize to Capesize tonnage.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Handysize to Capesize vessels trading worldwide
• Manage full post-fixture operations, including voyage planning and bunkering
• Support the Chartering Department with operational coordination
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

• Degree in maritime studies, shipping, logistics or a related field
• First experience in shipping or operations is an advantage, but not essential
• Strong interest in the dry bulk market and vessel operations
• Structured, proactive mindset with good numerical understanding
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
