Operations Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

Operations Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

What tasks await you?

• Independent planning and implementation of improvement projects in all functions in the business
• Expansion and optimization of the supply chain in cooperation with purchasing and sales
• Development and standardization of business processes (e.g. CIP, 5S)
• Evaluation and implementation of employee ideas from an economic point of view
• Implementation of lean workshops (e.g. Kaizen, value stream mapping) and coaching in Lean/Six Sigma as well as first‑level support for NAVISION in manufacturing and logistics
• Coordination and documentation of NAVISION topics as well as process alignment on the shop floor
• Development and further development of key performance indicator systems and digitization of production
• Cooperation with quality assurance to avoid errors

What do we expect from you?

• Degree in business administration or comparable training
• Experience in the implementation of improvement projects in the production environment
• Knowledge of Lean Management, CIP, Six Sigma and ideally NAVISION
• Ability to moderate workshops and training courses
• Analytical thinking and economic understanding
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team in an interdisciplinary environment
• Proficiency in German and Englisch, at least C1 level
• Initiative, structured way of working and hands‑on mentality
