With our app, online courses and our midwife counselling we support families during this special phase of life. To ensure our team continues to be well supported and that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, we are looking for an experienced Operations Lead (m/w/d). # Your tasks:Leadership & operational overall responsibility* Lead the Operations team (currently 3 employees across accounting, HR, and customer support) both functionally and disciplinarily* Manage and continuously optimize all operational processes in: accounting & financial administration, human resources, customer support, office management, legal & data protection* Promote a high-performance, structured and solution-oriented working cultureInformation security management* Take on the role of ISO 27001 ISM manager* Responsible for maintaining and developing the ISMS* Ensure compliance, documentation and audit preparation* Act as interface to external auditors and relevant stakeholdersLegal & contract management* Support legal questions in coordination with external advisors* Responsible for contract management and document structure* Ensure regulatory requirements and internal policies are metStrategic collaboration* Work closely with the CEO as a sparring partner* Support strategic and operational decisions* Prepare decision materials, reports and analyses # Your profile:* Several years of experience in operations, business operations or general management* Initial leadership experience in interdisciplinary teams* Solid knowledge in finance, HR and process management* Experience with ISO 27001 or strong interest to actively fulfil the ISM role* Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style* High level of personal responsibility and strategic thinking* Excellent communication skills and assertiveness # What we offer:* A meaningful product that supports families and (expecting) moms* High level of influence and direct collaboration with the management* Autonomy and creative freedom in a growing company* Hybrid work model from home and our office in Berlin-Mitte* 3 months of remote work per year from anywhere in the world* 30 days of vacation* Membership with Urban Sports Club or pluxeeLocationBerlin, Germany
