Operations Manager

to bring structure, reliability, and momentum into a complex and regulated operational environment.

This role offers real ownership from day one, close collaboration with senior leadership, and a steep learning curve within live electricity operations.

What you’ll be doing: Supporting and coordinating day-to-day operational topics within the electricity business Working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution Tracking open operational items and proactively following up on dependencies Acting as the connecting point between operations, maintenance, billing, and external stakeholders Supporting operational compliance topics and escalating risks early Maintaining clear trackers, documentation, and structured overviews Helping to improve and professionalise operational processes as the company scales

What we’re looking for:

Must-have: 3+ years’ experience in operations, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or another regulated environment Strong execution mindset with high ownership Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing operational workflows Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style C1 German and C1 English

Nice-to-have: Exposure to electricity operations, metering, grid operators, or energy suppliers Understanding of billing dependencies or operational compliance topics Experience working with external service providers or regulatory authorities

Previous energy sector experience is helpful but not essential. Strong operational professionals from other regulated environments who are motivated to learn are encouraged to apply.
