Operations Manager - Electricity (m/w/d)

Electricity operations sit at the core of our business.

This role exists to help bring structure, reliability, and momentum into a complex, regulated environment – while offering a steep learning curve and real ownership.

It’s ideal for someone who wants to grow into a strong operations professional by working closely with senior leadership and real, hands‑on operational topics.

What you’ll do

• Support and coordinate day-to-day operational topics in our electricity business
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks
• Track open items, follow up on dependencies, and help resolve issues proactively
• Act as a connecting point between operations, maintenance, billing, and external partners
• Support operational compliance topics and elevate risks early
• Maintain clear overviews, trackers, and documentation
• Help improve and structure operational processes as the company scales

Your profile:

Must-have

• 3+ years of experience in operations, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or another regulated environment
• Strong execution mindset and high sense of ownership
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing open operational topics
• Structured, detail‑oriented, and reliable working style
• C1 German and C1 English

Nice-to-have

• Exposure to electricity operations, metering, grid operators, or energy suppliers
• Understanding of billing dependencies or operational compliance topics
• Experience working with external service providers or authorities

Previous experience in the energy sector is helpful but not required. We welcome motivated career switchers who bring strong operational skills and a willingness to learn.
