Mission of the role

FleetFox is building Europe’s most reliable fleet-care operations platform.

We are hiring an Operations Manager to take full ownership of daily operational performance across Germany and Belgium.

At FleetFox, HQ domains define standards and tooling, while Regional Operations owns execution and KPI delivery.

In this role, you are the single responsible owner for ensuring contracted volumes are delivered, service quality is consistent, and operations scale profitably.

You lead the regional team, build the structure required for predictable and reliable execution, partner closely with HQ functions (Supply, Service Ops, Support, Growth), and report directly to the COO.

Your profile

What you will own

1. Regional Performance

• Deliver contracted volumes and meet SLAs consistently
• Own regional operational results across all cities and services
• Establish predictability: forward-looking shift and capacity visibility (3+ week horizon)

Success means: Customers trust delivery without escalation.

2. Leadership & Structure

• Lead Regional Operations Lead and city teams
• Design and implement a scalable supervisor / field leadership model

Success means: Clear and scalable leadership structure across the region.

3. Workforce & Field Performance

• Ensure workforce inputs convert into consistent volume delivery
• Drive field productivity, shift adherence, and Fox performance discipline
• Resolve underperformance decisively (improvement plans, replacements)

Success means: Cities perform consistently without HQ firefighting.

4. Scalability & Launch Excellence

• Launch new services and cities at target performance
• Stabilize underperforming locations rapidly
• Continuously strengthen playbooks and execution discipline

Success means: Growth does not break operations.

5. Operational and Financial Discipline

• Own KPI tracking, interventions, and escalation logic
• Deliver regional performance in line with service GP targets
• Provide clear performance visibility and narratives to leadership

Success means: Decisions are data-driven and operations scale profitably.

How success is measured (Core KPIs)

Regional Performance (Primary Ownership)

• Granted volume delivery: ≥97–100%
• SLA compliance: ≥95%
• Service quality: ≥90%
• Orders per hour improving
• Service GP2 margin on target

Team performance

• City performance consistency: low variance across locations
• Regional team ownership & KPI delivery: on target
• Stable supervisor layer implemented

What we’re looking for

• Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
• Fluency in Spanish (not mandatory, good to have)
• 4+ years leading multi-site operations with team-of-teams structure
• Background in logistics, carwash, mobility, fleet, field service, or service marketplaces
• Proven ability to own hard KPIs and drive execution under pressure
• Comfortable working hands‑on in the field and structurally with HQ
• Driver's licence (manual‑gear, EU, Class B) (mandatory)
• Based in Berlin
