At microagi, we are solving the biggest bottleneck in embodied AI by building the world's largest, highest-quality dataset of human tasks from folding laundry to operating critical infrastructure. We just closed one of the largest pre-seed rounds in Europe, backed by T1 Silicon Valley investors.

The Role We are deploying data capture equipment across the globe—from Turkey to India to Germany. We need an operational powerhouse to manage the physical supply chain and deployment of our hardware. You will make sure our Field Techs have the equipment they need, when they need it, no matter where they are in the world.

What You Will Do End-to-end management of our hardware supply chain: sourcing components (with focus on China), managing inventory, and handling global logistics and customs for our capture rigs. Coordinate directly with our international Field Technical Support Engineers to ensure smooth rollouts of new capture locations. Find pragmatic solutions to complex global shipping and hardware compliance barriers. Use any Al tools you want and automate as much of the deployment tracking and logistics as possible.

Requirements Proven experience in hardware operations, supply chain management, or global logistics (ideally at a hardware or robotics startup). Experience with Chinese manufacturers and a strong network are a plus. High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do. Ability to navigate international shipping complexities and a willingness to travel. Fluent in English (German is a plus).
