Your Role
As an Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of business processes, optimize workflows, and provide strategic support to our founder and team.
Responsibilities

Manage daily operational tasks and improve internal processes
Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflows
Support business strategy execution
Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements

2+ years experience in operations, project management, or business administration
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Fluent in German and English
Onsite position
