As a rapidly growing young company, we at German Air Logistics are looking for a Operations Specialist - Time Critical (m/f/d) to join our dynamic teams in Frankfurt & Buchholz (Nordheide)

Your responsibilities:

• You serve as primary point of contact for our clients, vendors and partners worldwide
• You are in charge of travel organization for our Onboard Courier missions (e.g. flight reservations, driver coordination and any other organizational matters)
• You provide customized logistics solutions, including Onboard Courier, Aircraft- Charter, Air Freight, Ground Transportation, and Customs Services.
• Manage pickups, deliveries, and customs procedures.
• With the support of our own software, tools and dashboards, you work on customized inquiries and updates to our clients while missions are ongoing.
• Monitor service performance and proactively address any issues.
• You identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.
• Stay updated on industry trends
• You have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in time-critical logistics (OBC and air charter), aviation or tourism industry.
• You are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• You are an open-minded and motivated person with strong communication skills.
• You always have a clear overview and organized mind - even in short timespanes of high workload.
• You are open to work in a hybrid shift model during the week and accept occasional weekend shifts
