We are seeking a highly driven Operational Excellence Specialist to join our organization in Berlin or Barcelona, focusing on delivering operational excellence and scalability.

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth, expansion, and ongoing compliance efforts by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to shape business strategies and enable operational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, track and report on key operational metrics (KPIs/ SLAs) to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Dive deep into all areas of the business to support millions of customers worldwide
• Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Product, Tech, Data, Finance, Compliance and Risk teams

Requirements:

p> Bachelor's degree in STEM-related field from a top-tier university , preferably complemented by a Master's degree/dual qualification , professional certifications like PMP or Agile Scrum & Kanban Certification.
A minimum 7 years' experience dealing with Business Process Outsourcing &external vendors,
A strong collaboration background across internal & external stakeholders.
Your project management expertise particularly stands out when working within Cross-functional teams incorporating multiple disciplines such as Customer Support Operations,.
Your stakeholder management skills can be attested through significant client wins achieved through effective communication..with finance professionals expertly navigating financial reporting tasks etc...
