For the next possible date we are looking for a

Operative Purchaser / Purchasing & Procurement Officer (m/f/d)

to strengthen our team at the Bremen location in half-time/full-time.

• Independent execution of all procurement activities in defined commodity groups.
• Obtaining and checking offers
• Determination of demand and requirements / price negotiations
• Order processing and deadline tracking incl. correspondence with suppliers, internal customers and our locations
• Processing of complaints
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system (MS Dynamics NAV)
• Monitoring and optimization of procurement processes
• Project collaboration in multifunctional teams

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training and corresponding professional experience
• Good computer skills (MS Office and MS Dynamics NAV)
• Strong communication skills and friendly manner in dealing with suppliers and internal customers
• Pleasure in dealing with numbers and strong analytical skills
• Responsible, independent and team-oriented working style
• Ability to work under pressure and reliability even in hectic situations
• Very good written and spoken German
