Position: Oracle Design & Development Specialist

Grade: RCS K

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Travel Remit: Global, Below 20% of working time.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project planning, including estimating technical tasks and tracking progress against the project plan.
• Review specifications and vendor quotations to support application design and testing, coordinating tasks assigned by senior team members.
• Develop and recommend complex solutions or customizations that meet business partner requirements, providing work estimates as needed.
• Document and deliver technical designs in alignment with standards, ensuring adherence to development methods and quality assurance.
• Apply industry-specific knowledge (e.g., warehouse and transportation management) while promoting DHL’s project lifecycle and business processes.
• Collaborate with business partners and communicate with internal and external IT teams to facilitate project delivery and ongoing support.

What are we looking for

• Experience in analysis, design, development, enhancement, and support of Oracle applications within an IT environment.
• Experience in integration development.
• Experience in PL/SQL programming.
• Experience in HCM extracts, fast formula, and HDL development.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, and APEX.
