Outside Sales Specialist (m/w/d)

Location: Mannheim

Contract: Permanent, full time

Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new customers: responsible for identifying and approaching new customers and actively expanding the customer network in the region.
  • Maintenance of existing customers.
  • Exploration of revenue potential: using modern software tools to analyze the sales area and identify opportunities to increase sales with current and potential customers.
  • Support through the sales process: from needs analysis through offer creation to order realization—gradually becoming the first contact for customers.
  • Product and system consulting: presenting innovative products, systems, and service news in sales conversations with customers.
  • Market and competition monitoring: analyzing the market and competitive developments with sales colleagues to optimally use acquisition opportunities.
  • Building customer relationships: laying the foundation for long‑term and successful relationships through an open, communicative approach.

Qualifications

Sales talent with a passion for acquisition and sales. Enthusiastic about winning new customers for sustainable solutions. Strong communication, initiative, and conviction. Willingness to develop in a dynamic growth market.

Additional Qualifications

  • Completed training in the SHK or electrical field, a commercial training with a sales focus, or a relevant university degree as the basis for your work.
  • Proven sales affinity and passion for acquisition and sales.
  • First practical experience in sales or a customer‑oriented job is an advantage.
  • Motivation to acquire technical basics in heating, ventilation, climate and energy technology.
  • German language skills at a negotiation level, English (B2), willingness to travel regularly, and residence in the sales area.
