Outsourcing Manager

About The Role We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Manager to own the governance framework for our 35+ vendor ecosystem. As DLT Finance scales our EU-regulated crypto trading infrastructure, you will ensure our vendor management is audit-proof and compliant with MiCA, MiFID II, MaRisk and DORA requirements. This Second Line of Defense role is mission-critical to our business model. We orchestrate 35+ pre-integrated vendors across banking, custody, compliance, and trading, making vendor risk management central to our competitive differentiation.

Key Responsibilities Own and maintain the outsourcing methodology, including tools, templates, and reporting standards Execute Third-Party Risk Assessments for all new vendor integrations and existing vendor reassessments Provide 2nd Line review and challenge for all material and non-material outsourcing arrangements across our vendor ecosystem Execute controls and sample testing to validate framework adherence across the vendor lifecycle Ensure vendor agreements, SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs meet EU regulatory requirements Review and test Business Continuity Plans and Exit & Termination strategies for DORA compliance Prepare mandatory regulatory reports and manage notifications to EU regulators Lead remediation projects from audits or regulatory findings Maintain accurate outsourcing register compliant with EU requirements

Requirements Experience: University degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or 2+ years in Second Line of Defense, Outsourcing, or Third-Party Risk Management at a regulated financial institution Expert knowledge of MiFID II, MiCA, MaRisk, DORA ICT Third-Party Risk Management, and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines Experience in fintech or digital assets is a strong plus

Skills: Exceptional communication to translate complex regulations into practical guidance Proven ability to present to senior leadership Confident challenging processes with regulatory reasoning Pragmatic problem-solver in fast-paced environments Fluent English required; German or Turkish advantageous Understanding of API infrastructure and 24/7 trading environments beneficial
