PA to Managing Associate | Hamburg | €75,000

I am working with a highly regarded international law firm with a strong presence across Europe, the UK and beyond. The firm is well known for advising major corporates on complex, high value matters and has an established and growing office in Hamburg.

My client is now looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated, one to one, executive level support to their Head of Region , a Managing Associate based in Hamburg. This is a key role within the office and will suit a seasoned PA who is confident supporting at senior level in a fast paced, professional services environment.

The role

• Providing full one to one PA support to the Managing Associate and Head of Region
• Coordinating meetings, calls and travel arrangements
• Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
• Preparing and amending documents, presentations and correspondence
• Managing priorities for a busy senior stakeholder and anticipating needs
• Supporting wider office and client related activity where required

About you

• Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing a demanding diary and multiple priorities
• Professional, discreet and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships

Additional information

• Salary up to €75,000
• The successful candidate must be based in Hamburg
