Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role, based in Frankfurt with flexibility for some remote work, for a Commissioning Package Manager. The role involves managing and coordinating commissioning activities for large‑scale engineering and construction projects. Responsibilities include developing commissioning plans, managing project schedules, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Commissioning Package Manager will also oversee vendor and subcontractor performance, deliver technical documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in commissioning management, project scheduling, and technical coordination
• Strong ability to review and produce technical documentation and reports
• Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards in construction and engineering projects
• Proven leadership and communication skills to manage teams, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail with a focus on achieving project outcomes
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in large‑scale industrial, data center, or healthcare construction projects is a plus
