Beginn

The position starts on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility to extend it. The full‑time workweek is 38 hours. A reduction in hours is also possible.

Position: Responsibilities and Working Conditions

You will be a permanent member of the nursery team and will be responsible for the attentive care, nurturing, and support of the infants entrusted to us in accordance with our educational philosophy. Your day will involve working closely with the children, parents, and the entire team, and you will spend much of your time speaking English. The nursery section cares for 16 children under the supervision of four colleagues; the elementary section cares for 35 children under the supervision of four colleagues. A housekeeping staff member with educational qualifications and a substitute are also part of the team.

Qualifications

• Completed, state‑recognized qualification as an early childhood educator (m/f/d), or a degree in early childhood education or as a social pedagogue. • Proficiency in English is essential, as we are a bilingual facility. • Empathy, a Reggio Emilia approach, and a genuine enjoyment of working with children are required.
