Your mission

• You operate an automated painting system/machine, including material supply
• You carry out independent painting work by hand
• You are responsible for the production process and the quality of the goods produced
• You are responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the systems in terms of function, operation, and technical condition
• You will be responsible for independently rectifying simple malfunctions in the production systems
• You will handle the systems entrusted to you in a skilled and careful manner
• You will be responsible for cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• You will take part in short daily meetings as part of shop floor management

Your profile

• You have successfully completed training as a painter, production mechanic, machine and plant operator, or have a comparable qualification
• You have initial professional experience in the above-mentioned field
• Ideally, you have experience with PU coating
• You are willing and flexible enough to work in a shift system
• You are enthusiastic, highly responsible, quality-conscious, and a team player
• Your profile is rounded off by good written and spoken German skills
