Role Overview

Privately funded real estate investment company with an established portfolio in Germany and across Europe. The firm invests proprietary capital and operates with a fully built internal platform, including investment management, legal support, IT infrastructure and an operational back office.

The Partner / CEO role is designed for a senior investment professional with a strong entrepreneurial orientation, focused on building and scaling the investment platform within a partnership model. The mandate combines full executive responsibility with active involvement in investment strategy, capital growth and long‑term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development & Investment Strategy

• Build and scale the investment platform, including portfolio growth and expansion of the capital base.
• Define and execute a real estate private equity strategy focused on value‑add, development, renovation and selected infrastructure‑related investments.
• Lead sourcing, analysis, structuring and execution of investment transactions.
• Take responsibility for investment decisions, portfolio construction and asset performance.

Capital Raising & Strategic Partnerships

• Lead equity and debt capital raising across real estate investments.
• Develop long‑term relationships with co‑investors, banks, family offices and institutional partners.
• Structure financing solutions, joint ventures and investment vehicles aligned with platform growth.

Executive Leadership & Market Representation

• Act as CEO with responsibility for strategy, governance and long‑term business development.
• Represent the firm towards investors, lenders and key market participants in Germany and Europe.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate investments, private equity or principal investing.
• Career progression from institutional or corporate investment roles to senior leadership positions such as Investment Director, Managing Director, Partner or CEO.
• Demonstrated motivation to build and scale an investment business within a partnership structure.
• Proven track record in capital raising and bank financing.
• Strong command of investment fundamentals, including risk‑adjusted returns, capital structuring and long‑term value creation across real asset strategies.
• Hands‑on experience in the German real estate market, broader European exposure is an advantage.

Languages

Native‑level German and fluent English are mandatory. Additional European languages are a plus.
