Our client is a growing start-up Life Sciences strategy consulting firm based in Munich. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a

talented Partner

to help drive future growth and success.

Fluency in German is required.

The Company Led by a seasoned team combining senior-level pharmaceutical industry expertise with top-tier consulting experience (including McKinsey and Bain), the firm works with a wide range of clients from innovative biotechs to established pharma and medtech companies, primarily across the DACH region. Their robust project pipeline spans Strategy, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

The Role

As

Partner , your core responsibility will be leading

new business development , drawing on your network in the pharma sector to identify and secure clients and projects. You’ll also be actively involved in project delivery, becoming a

strategic sparring partner

to senior executives in leading pharma and biotech firms. In addition, you'll help

build and lead a high-performing consulting team , shaping the culture and future of the company.

Key Requirements 5–10+ years of Strategy Consulting experience from a top-tier firm Proven track record of developing and expanding life sciences client relationships Strong network within the pharma/biotech/medtech ecosystem Deep understanding of the life sciences sector Fluency in

German Based in Germany or open to relocating Strong leadership and team-building capabilities Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for start-up environments
