The Partnerships team is playing a pivotal role in driving this expansion through strategic alliances and ecosystem development. As Partner Manager (DACH) , you will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing partnerships across the E-commerce ecosystem. This role has direct impact on revenue growth, market presence, and long-term partner success. The Role

As Partner Manager , you will:

  • Identify, initiate, and develop strategic partnerships within the E-commerce ecosystem (with a key focus on implementation agencies).
  • Own relationship management for both existing and new partners, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partner Onboarding, Marketing, and Product teams to launch and scale partnerships successfully.
  • Design and execute co-marketing and lead generation initiatives (e.g. webinars, campaigns, events).
  • Track and analyze partner performance using relevant KPIs and metrics .
  • Build structured reporting and continuously optimize the partner strategy based on data and insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, or Business Development , ideally in SaaS or E-commerce .
  • Solid understanding of the E-commerce market , including marketplaces, platforms, distribution channels and implementation agencies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across different stakeholder groups.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
  • Confidence working with KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Ability to engage decision-makers on eye level and build long-term partnerships.
