You're in SaaS sales and you're good at it. But you've noticed something: you get more energy from building long-term relationships than from closing and moving on. You don't roll your eyes at marketing during lunch. You actually like working with them. You think in ecosystems, not just pipelines. And you've always felt that one good partner relationship can do the work of ten individual deals.

That's exactly who we're looking for.

The Business

Our client is a global Hospitality SaaS platform with cloud-based POS, payments, and commerce solutions, trusted by restaurants, hotels, and golf clubs worldwide, dual-listed on NYSE and TSX. The German team is strong, the Berlin office is genuinely vibrant, and the promotion culture is real: your future Team Lead was just promoted internally.

The Role

You manage and grow relationships with commercial partners across Germany. You plan and execute joint marketing and event initiatives that generate qualified leads. You track partner-driven pipeline, report on outcomes, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product. You love being in the room — at events, at partner meetings, at anything where showing up with energy makes a difference. This role has EMEA-level exposure and a clear path upward.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience, either in partnerships, or in SaaS sales/account management: You've carried a number and you know how a commercial conversation works
  • You're a people person first: High energy, genuinely curious about others, and comfortable representing a brand in any room
  • You think in relationships, not transactions: Long-term partnerships excite you more than one-off closes
  • Collaborative by nature: Marketing is not the enemy, it's your teammate
  • Fluent German and English (company language is English)
  • Based in Berlin or able to commute
