We are seeking a high-calibre Patent / IP Litigation Associate to an excellent law firm - Intellectual Property team. This role is focused on high-stakes, business-critical patent disputes across technically complex industries, including (e.g., Life Sciences, Telecommunications, and Electronics). You will work alongside industry-leading partners on precedent-setting actions before the High Court, Court of Appeal,

Key Responsibilities

• Litigation Management: Support and lead workstreams on complex patent infringement and validity disputes, from pre-action correspondence to trial.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide commercially focused advice on Freedom to Operate (FTO) , patentability, and enforcement strategies.
• Technical Analysis: Collaborate with experts to translate intricate scientific or engineering concepts into persuasive legal arguments.
• Cross-Border Coordination: Work with international counsel on multi-jurisdictional patent strategies.
• Drafting: Prepare high-quality pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel and experts.
• You will work in a great law firm, offering exposure to top-tier, international patent disputes for (e.g., Blue-chip tech/Global Pharma) clients.
