Your role

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you have a high client service orientation and a high level of risk awareness? We're looking for someone like that to:

• Manage the international banking and payments platforms used across our real estate investment funds.
• Manage access rights across the banking platforms, and maintain a general register of access for internal and external users across all accounts.
• Liaise with various fund controllers and asset managers on payment-related matters; participate in internal projects to improve processes and controls.
• Process payments promptly and accurately using established procedures.
• Support cash management activities across the various real estate funds.
• Maintain contact with banks and ensure access rights for individuals associated with GRA. Participate in audit documentation and related activities.
• Support internal teams (company secretary, fund controllers) with documentation regarding the payments process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related issues and improve payment workflows.
• Execute and document controls in line with UBS control standards. Controls include the setup of new creditors and execution of call backs.

Your team

You’ll be working as a part of the Global Real Assets Finance & Operations team based in Wroclaw/Krakow. Our team is responsible for actively managing real estate investments within EMEA across the major real estate sectors. Our capabilities are focused on core and value-added strategies, but they also include other strategies across the risk / return spectrum. You’ll play an important role in the strategic management of our properties and optimization of our portfolios.

Your expertise

• A higher education (bachelor or master) degree in Finance or an equivalent education.
• At least 3 years of experience within financial accounting with experience in treasury and payment operations ideally in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Investment Funds, ideally within an alternative (Private Equity or Real Estate funds).
• Strong communicative skills dealing with colleagues, partners across multiple locations.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of German or French is considered a plus.
