Payroll Manager (m/f/d) . In this key position, you will take full responsibility for payroll operations across

Germany, Austria and Poland , leading an established payroll team while actively contributing to the implementation and further development of modern HR and payroll systems within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for accurate and timely payroll processing across DACH & CEE Steering and managing external payroll providers Handling complex payroll calculations (bonuses, commissions, social security & tax deductions) Leading HR and payroll system implementation and optimization projects System configuration, process definition, data migration and integration Ensuring statutory reporting and year-end payroll processes Leading, coaching and developing the payroll team Analyzing payroll KPIs and reporting to senior management

Your Profile Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including at least 3 years in Germany Strong knowledge of German payroll tax and social security regulations Leadership experience (minimum 3 direct reports) Experience in HR system implementation projects Advanced Excel and reporting skills Ideally experience with Workday or PAISY Fluent German and very good English skills
