Payroll Specialist (f/m/d)

Our client company based in Berlin needs your support. We are looking for the next possible date for a Payroll Specialist (f/m/d).

What awaits you

• Responsible for the entire payroll process, taking into account legal, collective bargaining and social security requirements
• Contact person for employees, managers and internal interfaces, also for international assignments
• Independent management of company pension schemes
• Communication with health insurance companies and authorities as well as support with audits
• Participation in exciting local and global HR/payroll projects
• Support with year-end closing activities (e.g. checking vacation carryovers, preparing wage tax certificates, social security reports)

What you should bring

• Completed commercial training
• At least two years of professional experience in the area of in-house payroll
• Confident handling of SAP and S4 Hana in payroll accounting
• Very good knowledge of German at level C1 and good knowledge of English at level B1 or A2
