The Markgrafen day-care centre, which is surrounded by a large garden, was renovated in 2014 and expanded into a two-story building. The children have access to a variety of bright and spacious rooms including a large movement room. In the facility, 69 children aged from one year to school entry live, learn and develop. Throughout the house, we organize the children's daily routine according to the situation-oriented approach, which focuses on the interests and needs of the children.

Since the daycare year 2020/21, there is a higher focus on lived multilingualism. The multinational team offers a large repertoire of different languages, currently German, English and Spanish.

As part of the team, you will take responsibility for:

• Promotion and care of the children according to the BBP
• Development of the facility concept and the pedagogical practice
• Participation in the development of QM processes
• Shaping the team culture
• Communicating and passing on relevant information
• Needs-based equipment and design of the rooms
• Active participation in further education and training
• Active and constructive work with parents
• Cooperation with the youth welfare office and other specialized services
• Networking within the organization
