As People & Culture Business Partner , you will work as a broad HR generalist, supporting managers and employees in an international, multicultural environment. You will combine operational and administrative HR tasks with more strategic activities, covering the full employee lifecycle and contributing to regional and global HR initiatives. You will be the local HR point of contact in Germany, working independently and taking full ownership of HR topics on site. At the same time, you will be part of a wider People & Culture team across EMEA – a group that loves learning together, sharing ideas and supporting each other at a distance through close collaboration and regular interaction.
The position is located in Ratingen (near Düsseldorf), Germany. We have an urgent need for this role and therefore hope that you can start on short notice.
You are a hands‑on HR generalist who likes to be close to the business and to people. You are structured, curious and comfortable in a developing environment where not everything is set – in fact, you enjoy helping to build and improve processes. You are confident working independently on site, while staying closely connected to colleagues in other locations. You bring integrity and courage to your work, including when difficult conversations are needed. At the same time, you are a true team player: you share knowledge, ask for input when needed, and enjoy learning together with a dispersed HR team. With your strong interpersonal skills and interest in developing people, you help create an environment where colleagues feel supported, respected and able to grow.
