The Mission
Your goal is to build a "People Operating System" that runs as smoothly as our software. You will professionalize our infrastructure, champion our values, and ensure Predict42 remains a place where top talent loves to work. You apply our engineering principle—"Automate to Accelerate"—to our internal processes.
Responsibilities:
- People Operations & Infrastructure: You are the architect of our internal processes. You take full ownership of contract management, payroll preparation, and HR administration. You introduce and manage digital tools (HRIS) to make admin tasks invisible and efficient, relieving the Management Board of operational overhead.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: You don't just post ads; you manage the candidate journey. You coordinate the hiring pipeline, screen talent that fits our "AI-First" DNA, and design an onboarding experience that integrates new hires into the team from Day 1.
- Culture & Development: You translate our Product Principles into People Culture. You organize team events and offsites that foster connection. You structure feedback cycles and development plans, ensuring our principle of "Continuous Improvement" applies to our personal growth.
- Trusted Advisor: You act as the primary contact point for the team regarding personal and organizational questions. You provide a safe space for employees and act as a sparring partner for the MD on organizational development.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Management, or a similar role, specifically in a growing startup or SaaS environment . You have seen the journey from 20 to 50 employees before.
- Tech-Affinity: You are comfortable with modern tools (e.g., Personio, BambooHR, Slack, Notion) and hate paper-based processes. You understand the mindset of developers and data scientists.
- Operational Excellence: You have a "hands-on" mentality. You see a chaotic process, and your instinct is to fix and document it. You are structured, reliable, and have a solid understanding of German labor law basics.
- Empathy & Communication: You combine organizational rigor with high emotional intelligence. You are Native/Fluent in German (for legal/admin) and Fluent in English (for our company culture).
- Impact: You are not a cog in the machine; you are building the machine. You directly shape how our organization runs.
